The Ordering Process
Please contact us by email or telephone and our advisors will be happy to help. You can also add click the ‘Make Enquiry’ send them to us for a quote. We can assist with all aspects of your order; from liaising with the cemetery, choosing the right memorial and inscription, adding bespoke etchings, memorial photo plaques and other grave decorations.
Once we have confirmed the final price we will ask for a 50% deposit in order to proceed with the order. For more details about payment and timescales please see our ‘Ordering and Timescales’ page or our FAQs.
Additional Costs
Lettering: The first 100 letters are free. Each letter/character beyond that (cut & gold leaf or painted black/silver/white) costs £1.75 on a new memorial in Granite, Marble, Portland Stone or Nabresina. If you wish to add lettering to an existing memorial this needs to be quoted for on a case by case basis. Burial Ground Fee: These are the fees charged by cemeteries and crematoria. They are not a standard price but if you contact us with the grave location details we will be able to find out for you. Or, if you prefer, you could call the cemetery or crematoria directly for this information.

We deliver & fix in all areas of mainland UK (incl. N. Ireland).
Delivery is included in the cost of your memorial except where the delivery address is more than 100 miles from our Braintree workshop and the basic memorial price is under £1200, in which case a charge of £120 will be added.
If your burial site is abroad we can prepare your memorial for export. Please contact us for further details and a quote.
